Trade unionists and progressives today bid a fond farewell to a titan of the movement, RMT general secretary Bob Crow.

Throughout his career Bob fought tirelessly for his members, our class and all victims of the predatory capitalist order.

His premature death robs us of a leader of rare courage, insight and determination.

Today we offer our condolences to his family, his friends and the whole RMT and pledge to honour his memory by intensifying the fight for a better world.

Bob, we salute you.
