AFRICA: More than 20 people are missing after clashes between fishermen errupted at the Kenya-Ethiopia border, government officials said.
Kenya said it has deployed heavy security to the Omo River and is working with authorities in Ethiopia to find the missing people and 15 boats.
The region has a history of conflict, including livestock raids in neighbouring villages.
SOUTH KOREA: A section of a highway under construction collapsed in South Korea today, killing four workers and injuring six others, officials said.
Ten people were working on the site near the city of Cheonan when it collapsed, causing them to fall and become trapped in the rubble.
One was found dead in the rubble, eight injured workers were sent to hospitals before two of them were declared dead, and another was later discovered dead.
