Ten Palestine Action activists to stand trial after smashing into Israeli weapons firm using prison van

ACTIVISTS from Palestine Action who targeted an Israeli weapons firm will stand trial next year, it was confirmed today.

The 10 activists attacked a research and manufacturing site in Filton, near Bristol, belonging to Elbit Systems, Israel’s biggest weapons firm, on August 6.

Some activists reportedly broke in and damaged weaponry inside the hub, while another group driving a repurposed prison van smashed through the outer perimeter of the building, and then damaged machinery and drones inside.

Samuel Corner was charged with criminal damage, violent disorder, and aggravated burglary using a sledgehammer as an offensive weapon, and wounding a police sergeant, at the Old Bailey today.

Jordan Devlin, Charlotte Head, Leona Kamio, Fatema Rajwani, and Zoe Rogers were charged with criminal damage, violent disorder and aggravated burglary using a sledgehammer.

Hannah Davidson, Ian Sanders, William Plastow, and Madeline Norman, were charged with criminal damage and aggravated burglary using a sledgehammer.

A trial has been set for November 17 2025, at Woolwich Crown Court. They will appear for plea hearing before on January 17.
