MEN’S CRICKET: England face the West Indies in St Lucia again tomorow having already gained an unbeatable 3-0 lead in their five match Twenty20 series.

Sam Curran smashed 41 from 26 balls as the tourists earned a three wicket win with 10 balls to spare today.

Saqib Mahmood took 3-17 and Jamie Overton 3-20 as the Windies posted 145-8 with captain Rovman Powell top-scoring on 54. None of their top five reached double figures.

WOMEN’S BASKETBALL: Super League action resumes after the international break with a top of the table clash between Sheffield and Manchester on Sunday lunchtime.

Both teams have yet to lose in their first three games of the season. Cardiff Met are looking for their first win when they host Leicester on Saturday before Essex take on Durham and Caledonia visit Nottingham.

Bottom club London are not in action this weekend.

MEN’S RUGBY LEAGUE: 28-year-old winger Jacob Gagai has joined Huddersfield on a two-year contract from the South Sydney Rabbitohs.

He made 17 appearances and scored nine tries for the mis-firing Rabbitohs, who finished second from bottom in last season’s NRL.

Gagai is Huddersfield’s second recruit from the Australian game after they signed Tom Burgess, who has won 29 England caps, from the same club.

WOMEN’S FOOTBALL: Women’s Super League table-toppers Manchester City visit Stamford Bridge tomorrow evening to face second-placed Chelsea.

Neither team has lost this season and City lead by just one point with Chelsea having a game in hand.

The weekend’s other fixtures see Brighton face West Ham, Tottenham take on Arsenal, Aston Villa against Crystal Palace, Everton and Liverpool playing their last ever Goodison Park derby and Manchester United at Leicester.
