Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola promised Arsenal fans they will pay a “good price” for tickets in November’s Champions League return in Bavaria.
Bayern fans protested at ticket prices for the opening five minutes of Tuesday night’s Champions League match in north London.
Banners in the away section declaring “£64 a ticket but without fans football is not worth a penny” were applauded by home supporters when the Bayern fans eventually took their seats.
After the match, Guardiola acknowledged that Gunners fans would not be overcharged when they head to Germany for the return match on November 4.
He said: “I will speak with (Arsene) Wenger for next time to make it cheaper for our fans.
“We will take care of Arsenal fans in Munich with a good price. They can travel.”
