Turkey: Dozens arrested for exam cheating

Police detained dozens of people yesterday as part of an investigation into alleged fraud and cheating in a 2010 national exam for prospective civil servants.

More than 60 suspects were held in Ankara and 13 other cities after police took out 82 arrest warrants.

The investigation stems from allegations of cheating in the public personnel selection examination, in which a surprisingly large number of candidates scored top marks.
