LABOUR Friends of Poland founder and chair Ella Vine, who is speaking at today’s Rally for the Future told the Star: “As a trade unionist, I don’t want Nigel Farage to have any chance of winning because Ukip is a dangerous party for workers’ rights, wherever you’re from.
“Our organisation aims to get the large Polish community in Britain to support Labour, because we’ve got to live together and work together if we want to beat the hard right.
“You cannot expect the weakest in society, in this case migrants, to fight and speak up for themselves, we’ve got to do it together as one.
“Migrants can often be voiceless, so trade unions and Labour have to be the ones to give them a voice.
“Then we can stand up together to beat the right wing. Not just Ukip but also the right-wing Tories.
“We must not be afraid. We’ve got to have the courage to stand up to them.”
