The Gagging Act shows the value of the Morning Star

WE know our paper offers a unique, daily space for the labour movement to express its opinion, share its strategies and promote its activities.

So as we approach the general election the concept of special inserts focusing on specific issues, such as tomorrow’s NHS pullout, has much to recommend it.

Such inserts offer an additional opportunity to drill down into a specific issue or campaign with the added benefit of being designed and distributed professionally. So far, the Star’s produced popular and informative pullouts on employment rights, TTIP, racism and education, and there are more in the pipeline.

And remember, newspapers are one of the few voices not restricted by the gagging law. So, if you have a message to communicate in this pre-election period, where better than through the pages of the Morning Star?

Don’t forget, the Morning Star has the ability to reach those parts other papers cannot reach — the hearts and minds of the 99 per cent.
