Alan Frank reviews 'Two by Two: Ooops…The Ark Has Gone'

Two by Two: Ooops…The Ark Has Gone Directed by Tony Genkel and Sean McCormack 3/5

IN TWO by Two all the animals in the world have been called for a gathering, the prelude to the fabled flood and the legendary voyage to Mount Ararat on Noah’s ark.

In this child-friendly animated adventure there are no humans, only animals of every kind, including species imagined by the film’s makers.

Our heroes are two colourful little “Nestrians,” happy homemaker Dave and his young son Finny who, excluded from boarding the Ark, enjoy zany adventures during the flood before finding unexpected happiness.

Interspecies friendship emerges during the saga when Finny and little “Grymp” Leah bond. And so on.Youngsters should enjoy themselves but parents might consider bringing a book.
