1 in 4 experience homophobia

JAPAN: A quarter of workers have been subjected to or witnessed homophobic attacks, according to a survey by trade union confederation Rengo.
Rengo demanded action to raise awareness and promote understanding, and four-fifths of workers surveyed said that such discrimination must be eliminated.
However, 35 per cent said they felt uncomfortable working with LGBT people.
